About The Event

Join ORMMS and OHSU I-CAN for a free Health Literacy Workshop designed to help individuals and families better understand the U.S. healthcare system and make informed health decisions.

Participants will learn about preventive care, annual checkups, nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, stress management, communicating with healthcare providers, and disease prevention. The workshop provides practical information that participants can apply to improve their own health and support the well-being of their families.

Multilingual interpretation and translated materials will be available.

This event is free and open to all community members. Everyone is welcome!
