Eligible repairs are coordinated through the appropriate program process and approved service providers.

Who may qualify?

Water leak repair assistance may be available to eligible homeowners who meet program requirements.

You may be a good candidate if you:

 

Own and occupy a home within the City of Portland​

Receive your water utility service from the Portland Water Bureau

Meet applicable income eligibility requirements

Have an active or suspected residential water leak

Are able to provide required documentation

Complete the intake and assessment process

Are willing to coordinate with program staff and repair professionals

What Types of Repairs May Be Covered?

The program is intended to address qualifying residential water leaks.

Depending on the program assessment and eligibility requirements, assistance may include repairs related to eligible plumbing leaks or water-loss issues.
