About The Event

Join ORMMS for an engaging and informative community workshop focused on improving health knowledge and navigating care in the U.S.


This workshop will help community members better understand:


  • Preventive care & check-ups

  • Managing stress and overall wellness

  • Understanding basic health topics

  • How to communicate with healthcare providers

  • Navigating the U.S. healthcare system

  • Nutrition & healthy living

  • Disease prevention


In collaboration with the OHSU I-CAN Program, this session is designed to provide clear, culturally responsive health information for immigrant and refugee families.
